I had a great experience with Southern Dry. Chachi Moses and his team did an excellent job of incapacitating my crawl space and installing a dehumidifier. They showed up the first day and went straight to work, I don’t even think they took a break. They did an excellent job and wanted to make sure I was well satisfied with the work. The employees of Southern Dry were all extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done, helpful, friendly and were a pleasure to work with. Marco and his men completed the job in a day and a half and did excellent work. My septic tank is no longer getting water in my basement. Southern Dry was a huge contrast compared to the abrasive jerks I dealt with after a house fire two years ago, companies sent by the insurance company.

Had an inspection that found some issues. They came right out and addressed them for me. Very friendly service.
