I have had southern dry out here at my home to do my crawlspace. Before they got here it smelled sour and was very wet. Now the crawlspace is dry and clean smelling. After the crawlspace was fixed I had them out removing insulation. Both teams treated my home with dignity. I’d highly recommend southern dry to anyone.

Wow!! I called less than a week ago with a major moisture/mold problem under our house that we discovered. They had someone out within a few days. And not even a week after my initial phone call, they had 2 crews out working on our home. Allen- Crew 4 & Chochi- Crew 3. They had it done within the same day. SUPER NICE guys! Very honest and professional. This time a week ago, I was almost in tears. That phone call was the best decision we’ve made in a long time! Our crawlspace is now transformed, encapsulated, and better than it’s ever looked! I never imagined we’d be able to afford encapsulation- but with their affordable financing option, it was doable and such a relief!! I could go on and on, but I’d run out of characters too soon. Update: today is the day after the encapsulation was completed. Previously, my home has been staying in the upper 70’s, lower 80’s humidity range. Today it has stayed in the 40’s!!! No more excessive humidity, or musty mildew smell in my home!! Such a peace of mind. Can not thank these guys enough!!!

All the local businesses where we live that we reached out to weren’t recommending what we knew would be a rock solid solution to our crawl space that was staying too wet/damp. Found Southerndry through an ad & was impressed by the reviews. Called them & they had someone come out & give us a full detailed plan & estimate very quickly even with us living over an hour away. Water underneath the crawlspace was destroying our home even with a new gutter system. We had extensive wood rot because of the water.
