Mark was on time and he was very helpful in explaining what was going on in my crawlspace. The filter from the dehumidifier was very dirty and needed changing. He took pictures and showed me an area of my sub-floor that had damage from a leak. I was very happy with Mark’s service. Thanks Mark!

Got a fair quote from SouthernDry after getting 3 other quote. Jason came and did measurements and checked the moisture content in the crawl space on my 60 year old home. Jason was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Nice guy. SouthernDry fit me in a week earlier than my schedule time . The crew showed up Thursday morning and informed me that they were going to complete the job in one day instead of the secluded two days. Samuel was the Lead and Marco and Miguel were his helpers. All went straight to work and I don’t think they even took a break all day. Very polite and HARD working young men. Took them 6 hours to transform my dirty , musky crawl space into a very clean and dry crawl space with and permanent dehumidifier. This was an encapsulation project. Good people and definitely knowledgeable about what they do.
